Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow retailer partnerships. The role involves daily retailer engagement, order placement, sales target achievement, and reactivation of inactive retail partners.

• Key Responsibilities
• Connect with retailers on a daily basis and place orders
• Understand smartphones and explain product features effectively
• Perform sales pitching and drive conversions
• Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day
• Tag and document retailer details accurately
• Drive and achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the assigned state
• Achieve monthly sales targets of 500–650 smartphones
• Engage with inactive retail partners to bring them back on the channel
• Stretch and adapt as per business requirements

• Candidate Requirements
• Graduate or MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
• Strong knowledge of smartphones and their features
• Basic understanding of refurbished devices
• Quick learner with situational adaptability
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• (Regional language knowledge is an added advantage)
• Strong sales mindset and target orientation
• Good time management skills
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel
