Key Responsibilities• Potential leads ko outbound calls karna

• Zaptriq AI ke products/services ko explain karna

• Customer needs samajhna aur unko suitable solution suggest karna

• Interested leads ko convert karna aur sales close karna

• CRM me call details aur lead status update karna

• Follow-up calls aur relationship maintain karna

• Daily sales targets achieve karna

Required Skills• Excellent Hindi communication skills (English basic understanding preferred)

• Confident voice aur convincing ability

• Sales aur persuasion skills

• Customer handling ability

• Positive attitude aur target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications• Telecalling / telesales experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Sales ya customer support background

• AI / digital products me interest
