Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive – IT Sales

Job Summary -

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell IT products and services over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT products/services (software, hardware, SaaS, cloud solutions, etc.)
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
  • Coordinate with technical teams for demos or solution discussions
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales reports
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT or technology sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of IT products/services (software, networking, cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B IT sales
  • Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day
  • Lead conversion rate
