Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified leads, run outbound campaigns, build prospect lists, and schedule meetings for our Enterprise Sales team.

Candidates with experience in IT, cybersecurity, backup, SaaS, or B2B tech will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry directories.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists for IT, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, and ITES sectors.
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT/SPIN criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Enterprise Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate data and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Support sales with market intelligence, competitor data, and contact research.
