Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales / Telemarketing Executives to promote our financial products and generate leads through outbound calls. The candidate will play a key role in connecting customers with suitable loan and credit solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly.

* Generate and qualify leads for personal loans, business loans, credit cards, etc.

* Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

* Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.

- Requirements:

* Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or financial sales preferred.

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.

- Qualification:

* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
