Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Inside Sales/Telesales Executive who can own customer communication end-to-end. This is not a passive support role. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, follow-ups, coordination, and retention—with speed, clarity, and accountability.

If you like structured work, talking to clients, and closing loops instead of passing blame, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, IndiaMART, and email
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (production/sales/logistics)
• Share quotations, timelines, order updates, and tracking details
• Do systematic follow-ups and ensure zero lead leakage
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
• Manage repeat orders and long-term client relationships
• Handle basic issue resolution and escalation professionally

Required Skills:

• Clear communication in Hindi & English (spoken + written)
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email, CRM tools
• Strong follow-up discipline (this is non-negotiable)
• Organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Ability to understand technical requirements (training provided)

Preferred Profile:

6 months – 3 years experience in:

• Client servicing
• Inside sales
• Customer support / CRM
• Manufacturing / B2B background is a plus, not mandatory.
