Telesales Executive

We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Insurance division!

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Explain life, health, or general insurance products clearly
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
• Handle objections and close sales
• Maintain call records in the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English
• Experience in telesales or insurance preferred but freshers welcome
• Goal-oriented and persuasive personality
