Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions. The goal is to boost sales and contribute to our company’s growth through effective communication and customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of Hindi and English.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using Excel.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
