Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients interested in trading and investment opportunities.
• Educate clients about market trends, investment options, and risk factors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the research and advisory teams to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and client activity logs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in stock broking, financial product sales, or investment advisory.
• In-depth understanding of stock markets, equities, derivatives, and mutual funds.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms (e.g., Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, ICICI Direct, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
