Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer trends and insights.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum I years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (freshers can be considered with strong communication skills).
