Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer trends and insights.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and persistence.

Qualifications:
- Minimum I years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (freshers can be considered with strong communication skills).
