Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads or closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and follow up on prospects via phone or email.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
  • Explain products/services clearly and address any questions or concerns.
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team (if applicable).
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
