Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products/services over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Present and promote company products/services effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Qualification:

·        Any Degree.

·        Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
