💰 Salary Structure

✅ Sales Telecaller (Loans & Insurance) :

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

✅ Team Leader / Manager (Loans & Insurance) : 2 Vacancies

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Incentives: High-performance incentives & leadership bonuses

🔹 Job Responsibilities – Sales Telecaller

Make outbound calls for loan and insurance products

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🔹 Job Responsibilities – Team Leader / Manager

Lead and manage sales teams effectively

Monitor performance and ensure target achievement

Train, guide, and motivate team members

Handle escalations and improve conversion ratios

Prepare performance and MIS reports

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months to 5+ years of relevant experience

Strong communication and convincing skills

Experience in Loans / Insurance sales preferred

Leadership and team management skills (for TL & Manager roles)
