Job Title: Telesales Representative

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)

Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Take-home) + Incentives

Education: 12th Pass and above (Pursuing candidates not eligible)

Job Summary:We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Telesales Representatives to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Clearly explain product/service features and benefits
• Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team
• 3–6 months of experience in telesales or Sales BPO
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
