Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound calls and promote our outdoor advertising solutions (Hoardings, Billboards, Transit Media, Digital Screens, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to identify client needs, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients to promote outdoor media advertising services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain active communication.
• Explain available hoarding locations, rates, media plans, and advertising options.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable media solutions.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and maintain follow-up until closure.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for proposals and bookings.
• Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information promptly.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build client rapport.
• Basic understanding of outdoor advertising (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Telecalling/Telesales experience is a plus).
• Language: Fluency in English and local languages.
