 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Real Estate Tele Consultant who can connect with potential clients, understand their property needs, and drive high-quality leads for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and passionate about real estate.

 Key Responsibilities

•  Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
•  Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
•  Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
•  Schedule site visits and follow-ups with clients
•  Build strong relationships with potential buyers
•  Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM
•  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
