Job Summary:

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales. The role involves promoting and selling company products or services over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels or campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the company.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Provide detailed information to customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager or Team Leader to report progress and challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings and industry trends.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
