Job Title: Loan Sales Executive / Loan Sales Officer

Job SummaryThe Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, assessing customer financial needs, and promoting the company’s loan products. The role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth processing of loan applications, and achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and partner channels.
  • Promote and sell various loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Auto Loan, LAP, etc.).
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • 2. Customer Handling & Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • 3. Loan Application ProcessingCollect and verify customer documentation (KYC, financial documents, etc.).
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals.
  • 4. Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to company policies, RBI/NBFC guidelines, and compliance norms.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales reports in CRM or assigned tools.
  • Track applications from login to disbursement and resolve customer queries.
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of loan products and financial concepts.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • QualificationsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in loan sales (banking/NBFC/fintech). Freshers with strong sales skills can apply.
  • Language: Proficiency in local language; English/Hindi preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly loan disbursement value.
  • Number of new customer acquisitions.
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
