Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic female telecaller to handle B2B calling and sales activities. The role involves reaching out to business clients, generating leads, explaining our services/products, and converting prospects into customers.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to business owners, decision-makers, and companies
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo calls
  • Explain company products/services clearly (ERP, Tally, Software solutions, etc.)
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements
  • Handle basic client queries and objections professionally
