Job Overview

• Role: Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Executive
• Shift: Night Shift (US/International Process)
• Type: Full-time, Work from Office
• Location: A-27H, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida (Walking distance from Sector 16 Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product information.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation or sales conversions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Graduate in any stream.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and active listening skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in international BPO or outbound calling is a plus, but freshers with great communication are welcome.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
