Telesales Executive

Bhupati Reality Homes is hiring Telesales Executives who are confident, energetic, and sales-driven. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our real estate projects, and converting interested customers into site visits and bookings.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from company-provided leads
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
• Generate site visit appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain daily calling and lead update records
• Handle customer queries professionally and close deals
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with sales team for site visit conversion

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, English optional)
• Freshers with strong confidence can also apply
• Must be target-oriented and hardworking
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps / CRM / Excel is a plus
