Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive who will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property details, generating site visit appointments, and closing sales over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall fresh and existing leads provided by the company.
• Explain property details, pricing, offers, and benefits to clients.
• Generate site visit appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested clients regularly.
• Maintain proper data records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for closures.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months – 2 years experience in telesales/real estate sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
