2. Fresher & Experienced both can apply
3. Shifting time-- 9:45 to 6:00pm
4. Week off- All Sundays

Job Summary:

1. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our insurance sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our insurance products, and helping them choose the right policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
2. Explain insurance products (life insurance) clearly and convincingly
3. Follow up with customers for documentation and policy closure
4. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM software
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
6. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or graduate degree

2. Proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferred)

3. Excellent communication 

4. Basic computer knowledge

5. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
