Job Description

Candidate must have sales experience in telesales.


1. Lead Generation & ProspectingPotential clients की पहचान करना (cold calling, networking, references, online platforms, exhibitions, LinkedIn, Justdial, Indiamart आदि से)।


  • Database बनाना और maintain करना।
  • Qualified leads को shortlist करना और sales pipeline तैयार करना।

2. Client Interaction & Meetingsग्राहकों से फोन, email और face-to-face meetings करना।


  • Product/Service की detailed presentation देना और doubts clear करना।
  • Client की requirement समझकर customized solution बताना।

3. Sales ConversionLeads को sales में बदलना (negotiation & closing deals)।


  • Quotation / Proposal तैयार करना और भेजना।
  • Payment follow-up करना और order completion तक process देखना।

4. Relationship ManagementExisting clients के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।

  • Repeat orders और referrals generate करना।
  • customer satisfaction ensure करना (after-sales service coordination)।


5. Market Research & AnalysisCompetitors के products, pricing और strategies को study करना।

  • New market trends और customer behavior पर research करना।
  • Company को market insights देना ताकि नए products/strategies बन सकें।

6. Reporting & DocumentationDaily/weekly sales report तैयार करना।

  • CRM / Excel में client interaction और sales pipeline update करना।
  • Management को business growth reports देना।

7. Team & Coordination WorkMarketing team के साथ मिलकर promotional campaigns चलाना।

  • Operations/Delivery team के साथ coordinate करना ताकि client को timely service मिले।
  • Manager को feedback देना ताकि strategy improve हो सके।

8. Target Achievement & Business GrowthAssigned sales & revenue targets achieve करना।

  • नए clients और नए business channels लाना।
  • Company के लिए नए partnerships और collaborations explore करना।
