Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller who understands the Real Estate business and can contribute to generating qualified leads and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects and offers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options.

Build strong relationships with clients to drive trust and long-term engagement.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ads, and walk-ins.

Maintain a database of customer information and update daily call logs.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and support closing of deals.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets assigned by the management.

🎯 Skills & Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic understanding of the Real Estate industry (training will be provided for freshers).

Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.

Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work under targets and deliver results.

📚 Experience

Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling or Sales is an added advantage.

💼 Education Qualification

Any Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication skills.
