Job Description
- Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote and sell gas detectors, fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and safety solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, databases, and online platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable safety solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations
- Maintain customer database (CRM) and track sales activities
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth order execution
- Build long-term relationships with clients (B2B focus)
- Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
