  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software development is preferred
  • Ability to handle objections, remain patient, and persuade customers effectively
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM software, and communication tools
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure
  •  Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and software solutions
  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospects, understand their requirements, and explain company offerings
  • Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions, leads, and feedback
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as assigned
  • Answer basic technical queries and provide accurate information regarding services offered
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and lead conversion
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telecaller for IT Sales who will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, with a basic understanding of IT products and services
