Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain Vedapro Ayurvedic products, benefits, and usage clearly
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or telecalling (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Interest or knowledge in Ayurveda/health products is an advantage
• Comfortable working with targets
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or calling software)
