Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Tele sales / Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. If you're a fresher looking to build a career in sales, this is a great opportunity to start strong with training and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Pitch residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals under guidance.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and interactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with 1-5 year of experience are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
• Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.
