Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

(Sales & Customer Interaction)

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products, and treatment plans.
• Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products as per company guidelines.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and precautions in a clear and ethical manner.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Counseling & Support
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach while handling customers.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and feedback.
• Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and sales data in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational QualificationsMinimum:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline)
• Certification or basic knowledge in Ayurveda or healthcare is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand health-related concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Target-driven mindset with customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in telesales, tele-calling, or healthcare sales.
• Experience selling Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, or pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.
• 6 days working / Weekly off
• Performance-based incentives and commissions
