Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader (TL) to manage and lead the Pagarbook process team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team-handling experience, and a target-driven approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and support the team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Handle client escalations and ensure smooth communication
• Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports
• Provide training and guidance to new team members
• Oversee sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding process
• Ensure CRM updates and process compliance
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and conversions
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader (Sales/Telecalling/Support preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on performance
