Tender Executive

Location: TOWER B, LOGIX TECHNOVA, B-630, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304

Type: Full-time/ Part time

Experience: 5-7years in bid / tender management (facility services, HVAC, MEP, housekeeping or security contracts preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Scan CPPP, GeM, private e-portals and newspapers for FM, housekeeping, MEP and security tenders; maintain live pipeline.
• Chair swift go/no-go meetings; prepare compliance & risk matrix.
• Collect, edit and package technical write-ups, past-performance certificates, manpower charts, HSE & QA documents.
• Build cost sheets with operations, validate labour laws, statutory wages, insurance and consumables; secure vendor quotes.
• Draft commercial proposals, alternative price models, delivery / penalty clauses; obtain legal & finance sign-off.
• Upload / courier bids, track clarifications, site visits, tender amendments.
• Post-award: support contract negotiation, scope finalisation, bank guarantees and seamless hand-over to project team.
• Archive all documents; update reusable templates and pricing database.

Must-Haves

• Graduate
• 5+ yrs tender experience in facility, manpower or service industry; familiarity with GeM, CPPP, NHAI, NBCC, hospital & industrial RFPs.
• Expert in MS Excel, costing, e-tender portals; excellent written English & Hindi.
• Unflappable under deadline pressure; high integrity.
