Job Description:

• Tender Search & Identification: Identify relevant tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-procurement platforms based on business requirements.
• Tender Analysis: Thoroughly review tender documents including

eligibility criteria, technical specifications, scope of work, and commercial terms.*tender documentation, including GST, PAN, company registration, and other compliance documents.error-free submission of bids to avoid rejection due to non-compliance or incorrect details.order processing, documentation, and execution coordination after bid approval.MIS reports, tender database, and pipeline tracking for management review.strict adherence to deadlines and timely submission of all tenders.*

• Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines while ensuring complete compliance.
• Documentation Management: Handle end-to-end
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with accounts, sales, operations, and management for pricing, approvals, and required inputs.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure
• Tender Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor bid status, results, and updates and follow up with concerned authorities.
• Post-Bid Process Management: Handle
• Client & Government Communication: Manage communication with government departments and clients for queries and clarifications.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain
• GeM Portal Management: Manage product listing, vendor registration, and catalog updates on GeM portal.
• Time Management & Deadlines: Ensure
• Process Improvement: Support in improving bid success rate and tendering strategies.
