Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Tender govt. Sales Executive responsible for identifying, managing, and closing government and institutional tenders / bids. The candidate will handle end-to-end tender processes and generate business through field visits and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specs, and compliance
• Conduct field visits to government departments, institutions, and medical collages, Univercities and defense sectors.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Ensure timely follow-ups for tender approvals and payments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales and tender records

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of tender processes and documentation
• Experience in government / institutional sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally for field visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and e-tender portals
