📝 Job Description

We are looking for a Backend / Tender Executive who has experience in Indian tender filling. The candidate will be responsible for handling all backend work related to tenders and documentation. Knowledge of Indian tender portals and tender submission is mandatory.

✅ Key Responsibilities

* Search and identify relevant tenders on Indian tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals, etc.)

* Prepare and fill online tenders (mandatory skill)

* Handle complete tender documentation (technical & commercial)

* Upload documents and submit bids within deadlines

* Maintain records of submitted tenders and their status

* Coordinate with sales/management team for required details

* Handle general backend office work and data management

* Ensure accuracy and compliance with tender requirements

🎯 Requirements

* Experience in Indian tender filling is mandatory

* Should know how to work on GeM and other government tender portals

* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations

* Good English reading and writing skills (for tender documents)

* Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

* Female candidates preferred

* Prior experience in tender or backend operations will be an advantage
