Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: H 169, H Block, Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentive on Each Tender Win

Job Description:

We are hiring a Tender Executive with strong experience in Manpower / Facility Management Services. The candidate must be able to handle complete tender processes including offline, eProc, CPPP, and GeM tenders.

Responsibilities:

• Search, prepare, and submit tenders related to manpower & facility management services.
• Prepare technical and financial bids.
• Upload and submit tenders on online portals (eProc, CPPP, GeM) and handle offline submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage a team of 4-5 members for documentation and follow-up work.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Manpower / Facility Management tenders is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of tender documentation and government procurement portals.
• Strong communication and team handling skills.
