Job Description

1. Technical Lead - TIBCO BW5/6
2. Excellent communication skills are must.
3. Good Analytical skills so that he/she can understand the business.
4. Minimum Experience - 6 Yrs, Maximum Experience – 8 Yrs.

Mandatory Skills

1. Minimum experience of 4 years in TIBCO
2. TIBCO BussinessWorks, EMS, RV, Administrator
3. Integration of Java applications using TIBCO RV
4. Integration of .Net applications using TIBCO RV
5. Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process
6. Rich Experience in Design
7. Experience with CMMI process
8. Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines
9. Experience in Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling
10. Team handling and mentoring

Desirable

1. Java
2. UML
3. Chip manufacturing domain experience
4. Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
5. Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].

 

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

Minimum B.Tech [Computer Science]
