Trainer

We are looking for Life Insurance Trainer.

Company Name : SMC INSURANCE PVT LTD.

Location : 10 am to 6 :30pm.

Training & Development

Conduct induction and onboarding training for new life insurance advisors.

Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.

Train advisors on life insurance products, features, benefits, and suitability.

Provide regular refresher training on products, processes, and regulations.

Sales & Skill Enhancement

Train advisors on sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and closing skills.

Coach advisors on need-based selling and financial planning concepts.

Conduct role-plays, mock sales calls, and field coaching sessions.

Support advisors in achieving productivity and performance targets.

Compliance & Process Training

Ensure advisors understand regulatory guidelines (IRDAI or local insurance authority).

Train on company policies, underwriting processes, and documentation.

Promote ethical selling practices and compliance adherence.

Performance Monitoring

Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.

Identify skill gaps and design improvement plans.

Provide individual and group coaching based on performance analysis.

Content & Program Development

Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.

Customize training programs based on business needs and market changes.

Coordinate with sales, product, and compliance teams for updated information.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Insurance certifications preferred.

Experience

3–8 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or training.

Prior experience as a trainer, sales coach, or agency manager preferred.

Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.

Sound knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.

Ability to motivate, influence, and engage learners.

Proficient in MS Office and virtual training platforms.
