Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and travel-ready Travel Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, building partnerships with temples, pandits, and travel vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of services across India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end travel operations for darshan, puja, pilgrimage, and prasad services
• Build and manage tie-ups with temples (Mandirs) and Pandits across India
• Develop partnerships with Hotels, Taxi Providers, Airlines, Travel Agents, and Entertainment Centers
• Conduct on-ground visits for vendor onboarding and relationship building
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with all vendors
• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Ensure Pandit agreements and vendor contracts are signed and maintained properly
• Coordinate with hotels and travel partners for booking, accommodation, and transportation arrangements
• Manage end-to-end itinerary planning including stay, travel, and local experiences
• Maintain a strong network of verified vendors and partners across locations
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle operational issues and resolve them efficiently on-ground or remotely
• Key Requirements1–5 years of experience in travel operations / vendor management / hospitality / field operations
• Strong network or experience with hotels, travel agents, or transport vendors is a plus
• Comfortable with frequent PAN India travel
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and partnerships
• Basic understanding of contracts, agreements, and documentation
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a WFH setup
• Interest in religious tourism/spiritual travel preferred
