Handle International travel inquiries from Agents.
⚫ Create International travel itineraries as per client requirements.
i. Coordinate with travel partners for bookings.
ii. Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and customer communications.
iii. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
iv. Email & Call Support (International Clients)
v. B2B Travel Operations
vi. Maintain knowledge of International travel trends, popular destinations, and seasonal offer
