Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservations Executive with hands-on experience in airline ticketing, reservations, and fare calculations. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of Amadeus and experience in booking tickets on Low Cost Carriers (LCC) platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic and international flight reservations using Amadeus.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify airline tickets.
• Process bookings for Low Cost Carriers (LCC) such as IndiGo, SpiceJet, AirAsia, and Akasa Air through airline portals.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, routing options, and travel information to clients.
• Assist customers with refunds, reissues, rescheduling, and cancellations as per airline policies.
• Maintain proper booking records and passenger details in the system.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes and travel updates.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare regulations, and travel documentation requirements.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus reservation system.
• Experience with Low Cost Carrier booking systems.
• Knowledge of fare construction, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Preferred QualificationsDiploma / Certification in Travel & Tourism.
• Experience handling corporate travel bookings.
• Knowledge of visa or travel documentation (added advantage).
