Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle FIT, Group, and Corporate travel requirements. The role involves itinerary planning, sales support, bookings, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client travel requirements and suggest suitable destinations, packages, and services
• Design customized itineraries (FIT, Group, MICE, Corporate)
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, and visas
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers
• Prepare costings, quotations, and follow-ups for closures
• Maintain relationships with B2B agents / direct clients
• Ensure timely confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents
• Handle post-travel feedback and resolve client issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / internal systems
