Job Description
- Meet and coordinate with travel agents and agencies on field, promoting the MNP owned hotel's offerings, and securing bookings to meet sales targets.
- Handle agent inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
- Maintain good relationship with partners.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- Provide on-ground support during group check-ins or travel arrangements.
