Job Description:We are looking for a Travel Executive who can manage client bookings, coordinate with drivers, and handle daily travel operations efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer inquiries and bookings for buses, tempo travellers, and cabs

• Coordinate with drivers and vendors for vehicle availability

• Manage trip scheduling, quotations, and confirmations

• Maintain client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Update booking details and maintain travel records and reports

• Ensure smooth execution of trips and resolve operational issues

• Assist in business development and client relationship management

• Work with online platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Orix, etc. for bookings

Requirements:• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Business / Any relevant field

• 1–2 years experience in travel, tourism, or transport industry preferred

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and booking coordination

• Ability to handle multiple bookings and client requests

• Basic understanding of NCR routes and travel operations

Preferred Skills:• Experience in cab fleet management or travel agency operations

• Familiarity with corporate travel bookings and event transportation

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
