Job Title - UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across digital platforms by designing intuitive user interfaces that enhance our users' satisfaction. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop engaging, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design:

Conduct user research, user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights that inform the design process.

Develop wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes to communicate the structure and functionality of the user interface.

User Interface (UI) Design:

Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain a consistent design language (e.g., style guides, UI kits, component libraries).

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.

Provide clear design specifications and assets to development teams.

Usability & Accessibility:

Ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but also accessible, ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines.

Test designs for usability, and make necessary revisions based on user feedback.

Prototyping & Interaction Design:

Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Design microinteractions and animations that improve user engagement.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

Advocate for design thinking and UX best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects across web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methods.

Knowledge of web design standards, usability principles, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.

Knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and atomic design principles.

Experience with user testing and interpreting feedback to improve designs.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is a plus
