Job description:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US clients.
• Collaborate with recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Develop and implement global hiring strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2) and visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.).
• Source candidates through niche IT platforms.
• Conduct interviews and document findings effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (technical preferred).
