🧾 Job Summary:

HTSB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with a strong technical background to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements

Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn

Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements

Conduct initial HR and technical screenings

Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirements and feedback

Maintain ATS and candidate database

Ensure quick turnaround time and timely closures

🎓 Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech (Mandatory)

Strong technical background in IT field

Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment

💻 Technical Requirements:

Basic understanding of IT technologies, including:

Java, Python, .NET

SQL / Databases

Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure – basic knowledge)

Ability to understand and analyze technical job descriptions

Knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099

🧠 Skills Required:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle

Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)

Target-oriented with a quick learning ability

💰 Salary & Benefits:

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

+ 3% Incentives (performance-based)
