About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the US market. This is a night shift role to align with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients in the US market via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales (US process preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours).

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday 5 days working (weekends off)
