Role SummaryWe are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Content Creator to produce high-performing short-form and long-form video content for performance marketing and organic social media. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and data. The primary objective is to create videos that drive conversions, engagement, and brand growth across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Google.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate a product and a brief into compelling video assets that perform in paid campaigns as well as build brand presence organically.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing Creatives

• Create short-form ad creatives for Meta, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Google Video Ads.
• Produce multiple variants of the same concept for A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, CTAs, formats).
• Understand campaign objectives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and tailor content accordingly.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate creatives based on data and results.

2. Social Media Content

• Conceptualise and produce regular video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Develop content aligned with brand tone, audience psychology, and platform trends.
• Participate in ideation for reels, product demos, UGC-style videos, behind-the-scenes, and storytelling formats.
• Maintain a consistent content pipeline and publishing calendar.

3. End-to-End Video Production

• Shoot videos in studio and on-location using mobile and/or camera setups.
• Edit videos with strong focus on pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and sound design.
• Optimise videos for different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, and basic animations where required.

4. Creative & Brand Alignment

• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication tone.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creator formats, and ad creative best practices.
• Suggest new formats, content ideas, and creative experiments proactively.
• Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in video creation for digital marketing or social media.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video content (ads, reels, shorts, YouTube videos).
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Good understanding of performance marketing creatives and what drives conversions.
• Comfortable shooting videos with smartphones and basic camera equipment.
• Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital-first brands.
• Experience creating UGC-style and creator-led ad content.
• Basic understanding of ad metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and retention.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager creative best practices.
