Videographer

Bellway Realtech is a leading real estate company specializing in premium farmhouses, plots, and luxury projects. We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer who can produce engaging video content that highlights our properties, projects, events, and brand identity.

• Key Responsibilities:Shoot high-quality videos for properties, client testimonials, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit videos (short-form & long-form) for social media, ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing reels, stories, and ads.
• Capture drone footage (preferred) and cinematic shots to showcase luxury properties.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, lighting, and sound setup.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography, reels, and editing styles.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining brand quality standards.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Editor (Real Estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, sound, and drone operations.
• Strong sense of storytelling and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the team.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing previous video work.
